Healthy hair begins with healthy follicles.
How Microneedling with Exosomes Supports Natural Hair Regeneration
Cells communicate through tiny packages of growth factors and genetic messengers, released into their surroundings to instruct neighbouring cells to repair, grow or slow down. Those packages are called exosomes, and it is the instructions they carry, rather than the cells themselves, that drive much of the repair.
Microneedling creates controlled micro-channels in the scalp, and exosomes are applied directly into them, with the aim of improving absorption and supporting weakening follicles. Unlike PRP, the exosome material is not drawn from you, it is produced in a laboratory and supplied to the clinic. It is a newer combination and its evidence base is still early, so it is offered here as an option alongside established treatment, not as a proven replacement for it.
Suitable for adults in New Town, Kolkata with early or moderate thinning where follicles remain active, generally as part of a wider hair loss plan.

We Will Tell You What Is Proven and What Is Only Promising
Newer treatments are easy to sell and difficult to justify. Microneedling with exosomes is early in its evidence, considerably more expensive than PRP, and not yet demonstrated to outperform it. At LUMORA Clinic, that is said plainly rather than obscured by novelty, and where an established treatment would serve you better or more affordably, that is what you will be advised to have.

Frequently Asked Questions
Tiny packages released by cells, carrying growth factors and genetic messengers that instruct other cells to repair and regenerate. Combined with microneedling, they are applied to the scalp with the aim of supporting weakening follicles.
Microneedling creates tiny channels in the scalp that are thought to improve how well the exosome product is absorbed. It is not a treatment developed from your own blood, and you will be told what is used and where it comes from.
That has not been established. It is newer, it is more expensive, and the studies behind it are smaller and shorter than those behind PRP. Anyone telling you it is definitively superior is going beyond what the evidence currently supports.
No. Like every non-surgical hair treatment, it acts on follicles that are still alive but weakening. Where the follicles have gone, grafting is the only remaining option.
A course of spaced sessions followed by maintenance, since hair loss is progressive and continues if treatment stops. Your dermatologist will set out a plan after examining your scalp.
